OVER MIJ

Mijn naam is Rodney en heb sinds jongs af aan een passie voor sport en beweging. 

​

Mijn missie is mensen te begeleiden naar een sterk en pijnvrij lichaam door middel van training die afwijkt van de traditionele manier van fitness.

​

Ik let op het hele lichaam en breng alle lichaamsdelen met elkaar in connectie. Wil je een sterk lichaam is het belangrijk de spieren samen te laten werken.  Door jaren ervaring met zelf trainen en mensen getraind te hebben kwam ik erachter dat je niet optimaal kunt bewegen of sterk en pijnvrij worden door te trainen op de traditionele manier. "Spier voor spier".

Het lichaam is een een samenhangend geheel en heeft daarom ook een benadering nodig die het geheel aanpakt. Daarmee kan ik je helpen.

Als jij de eerste stap zet zal ik je met mijn volle aandacht begeleiden naar de sterkste versie van jezelf. 

PERSONAL TRAINER HOOFDDORP 

WHERE DOES THE TRAINING TAKE PLACE?

The training takes place in Hoofddorp in my own private studio of approx. 100m2.

Here we can train undisturbed, you do not suffer from crowds like in larger gyms and the training is really personal.

There is also the possibility to park for free.

Steeds minder kinderen spelen buiten tegenwoordig en daardoor missen ze de ontwikkeling van bepaalde essentiële motorische vaardigheden. 

De trainingen bij Voetbal Athletes zijn ingericht om deze vaardigheden te ontwikkelen.
